Does Art Life Design actually create the art?
No. Art Life Design works with artists to supply original art and with art publishers to source art reproductions.
Do you charge consulting fees?
Yes. On top of artwork, printing or signage costs, Art Life Design charges for certain services such as design consultation, project management, graphic design and installation. Other than that, you pay only the fair market price for the artwork and framing, whether you order 1 piece of art or 100.
Are we paying more for artwork because Art Life Design is a specialized service provider?
No. While you may pay extra fees for the project and design expertise that we provide, you will never pay more for artwork. We charge exactly the price you would pay from the artist or gallery.
What if we want artwork from a company you don't represent?
While we represent some great Canadian artists, you might want something that we don’t feature. We have many contacts in the industry, so we can broker the work on your behalf, initiate the request along with you or simply point you in the right direction yourself.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Depending on the complexity and extent of the project, between 3 to 8 weeks from initial consultation to completion & installation.
What if we don’t like the art or the framing?
Art Life Design has a no questions asked, Absolute Satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with anything we do, whether it’s the art, framing, colour or...well, anything, we’ll make it right or refund your investment. We want you to be happy with your art - guaranteed.
